Nofim Gallery is pleased to serve you. Customers are kindly requested to pay attention to the following:
Shipping:
1) Art works you have ordered will be forwarded after all the arrangements for payment have been made and checked. The items will be sent as soon as possible and generally within approximately 3 workdays . Should special packing and shipping arrangements be necessary the customer will be notified of estimated shipping date.
2) We make the best efforts to ensure that the items you have ordered will reach you safely and in good condition. These efforts include among others packing and insurance in transit. We recommend that you open and inspect the goods immediately you receive them, before signing the shipping receipt. Any claim for damage should be made within 72 hours of receipt to the Shippers and in parallel to Nofim Gallery.
Please notify us by electronic mail and specify order number, date of receipt, reference number or copy of shipping receipt, description /photo of damage, and any other relevant information. Compensation for any claim for damage will be coordinated with the Shipper’s insurance and will be up to and not greater than the value of the goods purchased including shipping cost as paid by the purchaser to Nofim Gallery.
3) We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to Customs Authorities, Security Authorities, or delays by the Shipping Companies, and no compensation or rebate will be made for such delays. The Customer is responsible to provide accurate and full details of address for shipping and telephone for contact.
4) Should the Customer prefer to arrange the shipping themselves, and to pay the shippers direct, we will be glad to supply the necessary information and assist.
Prices:
1) The prices shown include VAT in Israel. They do not however include packing shipping and insurance costs, these costs will need to be added. The actual cost depends on shipping location (Israel or overseas) and also size of items, packed weight, and insurance accordingly.
2) The prices shown do not include overseas Customs or other fees, or overseas VAT, if applicable in a particular country, unless specified otherwise in writing by us to the Customer at the time of sale.
