Galina Datloof was born in a small Russian village in 1949.
She left her native village and entered the Academy of Arts in the city . During her student years Galina began working with theatres designing costumes and scenery. In 1977 her graduation work participated in the National Exhibition of scenography at the Manege exhibition hall in Moscow. In 1990 she emigrated to Israel. Galina’s work transcends the boundaries of a certain style, ranging from classical portraits to avant garde, from impressionism to modern, enriched by the spirit and colors of the Holy Land. She has participated in Exhibitions in Moscow, Leningrad, Vilna , Riga, Poland, Kaliningrad, Bat Yam, Ashkelon, New York, Tel Aviv , Las Vegas, and Miami.
