Began to paint and draw at age 14, and studied Art in London. In 1967 came to Israel as a volunteer, and immigrated to Kibbutz in 1969 where he continued painting. Married to Miriam (also artist) , and lives many years in Jerusalem. Haim Ben Shlomo works mainly in oils , with some ink and pastel work also. Most of his works are to be found abroad.
