Igor Kabischer, painter and graphic artist, born in Vitebsk (Belorussia) in 1948, completed his studies at the Arts and Grapics faculty at the pedagogic University in Vitebsk.
Immigrated to Israel in 1990. Exhibited works at international exhibitions, and also exhibitions in Israel. His works are to be found in private collections in Russia, Europe, and Israel.
Also participated in international exhibition "Florart 2000" in Japan.
