איגור קבישר, צייר ואומן- גרפיקאי, נולד בויטבסק בבלרוס בשנת 1948. השלים לימודים בפקולטה לאומנות וגרפיקה באוניברסיטה פדגוגית בויטבסק.
בשנת 1990 עלה לישראל. הציג את עבודותיו בתערוכות בינלאומיות, וגם תערוכות בישראל.
עבודותיו נמצאות באוספים פרטיים ברוסיה, אירופה, וישראל.
השתתף גם בתערוכה הבינלאומית 2000 FLORART ביפן.
Igor Kabischer, painter and graphic artist, born in Vitebsk (Belorussia) in 1948, completed his studies at the Arts and Grapics faculty at the pedagogic University in Vitebsk.
Immigrated to Israel in 1990. Exhibited works at international exhibitions, and also exhibitions in Israel. His works are to be found in private collections in Russia, Europe, and Israel.
Also participated in international exhibition "Florart 2000" in Japan.
