Isaac Maimon – born 1951 in Israel, to French-speaking parents. Studied 1973-76 at Avni Institute Tel Aviv. Taught at Ben Gurion University Beersheba, later becoming professor at the University.
In 1978-80 in Paris, today lives in Beersheba. His paintings evoke the atmosphere of Paris boulevards
