Born in Kazakhstan, Alma Ata. Studied in Art & Design College Alma Ata 1989-93,
and in Israel Bezalel Art Academy Jerusalem 1996-2000, specializing in Ceramic Design.
Between 2002 and 2007, in addition to her own artwork, ran ceramics studio, performed restoration work and assisted galleries as art director and designer.
Alla's works show great versatility, and include oil painting on canvas, sculpture, batik, ceramic design, and illustrations on parchment. Many of her themes are Biblical, and her landscapes and illustrations show a fine mastery of colour and light.
